#Outline Setup

Export your meeting notes directly to your Outline knowledge base.

#Requirements

• Clearminutes Pro subscription
• Outline account
• Outline API key

#Get Outline API Key

1. Log in to Outline
2. Go to Settings → API Keys
3. Create a new API key
4. Copy the key

#Configure Outline in Clearminutes

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Under Knowledge Base, select Outline
3. Enter your Outline URL and API key
4. Click Connect

#How It Works

After each meeting:

• Clearminutes generates a markdown export
• The note is automatically created in Outline
• The note includes:
  • Transcript
  • Summary
  • Action items
  • Meeting metadata

#Choosing a Collection

When exporting, select which Outline collection to save to. You can change this per meeting or set a default in settings.

#Troubleshooting

Notes not appearing in Outline?

• Verify your API key is correct
• Check your Outline URL
• Ensure you have write access to the selected collection
